Use for running. Compact and efficient. No sloshing around compared to other models. No storage apart from a small pocket for keys/phone but this is exactly what I wanted. Easy fill without removing bladder from pack. Overall, excellent hydration pack for those who want to limit the amount of gear that they carry.
