Race Face Turbine Stem

I bought the 70mm version of this stem, and am very impressed with it. It feels stiffer than the same length Thomson stem with 750mm handlebars, even though it's lighter. Very well finished and the logos are fairly discrete. Also, very good value from Merlin.

Fantastic stem from Raceface. Swapped from a 100mm stem on my 29er to this in 70mm and very happy with it, instantly improving the handling.

The stem is great looking (personally, much better than Thomson), light weight, plenty stiff enough for XC/Trail.
Would highly recommend the Turbine stem (and the Turbine series in general) to anyone after a XC/Trail stem

Beautifully machined, strong and very lightweight. It really is better looking than in the pics and feels just right on my 29er. In my opinion it's equally as good as Thompson and Easton stems for significantly less money. Speaking of which, Merlin's prices and service are second to none. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought the 60mm version of this stem and am really impressed with its weight and stiffness. The fit and finish is as good as a Thomson X4, and the price that I bought it for makes it even more attractive!

I bought the 70mm Turbine stem and paired up with an Easton Haven bar which to me is a good combination. Previously I had a 110mm stem which felt streched with the Easton bar. The Turbine stem is a thing of beauty, very light but also tough enough for All Mountain riding. I just spent 3 days in Cumbria and Yorkshire hammering trials and the combo felt very good.

The Race Face Turbine 70mm stem is one of the lightest stems at this length you will find. The quality of the machining is outstanding and it is strong enough for all mountain riding. Love this stem.
