Mr RogersBought as cheap option to replace worn out Truvative middle chain ring. My only problem was slight incompatible fit, had to file back the tabs a millimetre or so to fit on the spider. I suppose this is not surprising when mixing two different brands on the same group set! Apart from that the gears work fine.

JonnyAGood steel rings, shift nice, barely any weight difference between these and the XT ones they replaced. One thing I did have a problem with was the granny ring would not fit over an external XT BB, for some reason the tabs where the bolt holes are are too long, about 4mm longer than XT, resulting in a clash with the BB. However, nothing a file could not sort out! (shaved a few all important grammes off too!)

Mr CarmanGet a 1 1/2 yrs commute out of these, and 2 years of regular off road use. Use these instead of the more expensive & lightweight options, last twice as long, cost 1/2 as much.
Mr Maddrellbeware ! The middle and small chain rings are not compatible with earlier (2000) shimano deore/LX. I threw the packaging away so could not return.
Otherwise I'm sure they would be ok.
Mrs hughesWhat can you say? Best bang for quid middle ring around. Go-to product. Keep meaning to try MBurn or BSpire middle but I just can't see them being equal VFM (outer ring is different story, I have MBurn outer).
Mr HawkinsI bought the steel 32 middle and 22 small rings. I think these represent excellent value and outlast aluminium versions. They are a great option for winter riding.
Mr GoswamiPrompt delivery of item. Chain ring was just a replacement of my previous one that came with the Cube Ltd race model. The previous ring lasted about 2.5 years of abuse and it was time to get a new one. Being a novice with bike repairs, I have to say this is a good value for money chain ring.
