Great Product, easy to use. Good range(will work within 2-3metres).
The HRM works as described but not with all fitness apps yet.
Please be aware that it is only for the iphone 4S, it will connect to the iphone 5 but again not all apps are supporting this Bluetooth HRM yet.
If you like one particular fitness app then research first to ensure it will work with that app.
Connected and worked with Polar FT7 wrist watch. Have not tried connecting with other gym equipment yet

Fantastic Peice of kit when coupled with an iphone4s/5 or new ipad. I have used mine with digifit apps during my indoor cycling (spinning) classes and cannt fault it. Perfect f
I already have a Polar CS200 CAD HRM and chest strap which is used on my MTB for past 5 years. 10/10 but was looking at the Garmin HRM with GPS, then I thought I alreadt have an iPhone 4S with Bluetooth and GPS so wanted to see if the Polar bluetooth woulod work and it did. The unit is a bit pricey comapred to a replacement T31 coded or wearlink strap and Polar do't develop an mobile app to use with this, so have been using the Wahoo app and the Strave plus MapMyride.
Initial results were very good but the Wahoo App has started to lose my BT signal on occasions. This is OK for walking and cycling but not reliable enough yet for running. Come on Polar for
Very quick delivery and great product at a competitive price. I use this with an iphone and at the local gym where it shows up automatically on their cardio equipment. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from Merlin Cycles. The Heart rate sensor arrived within 24 Hours, The tracking information as received within hours of placing the order. My only regret was that it would not work with my Galaxy Note. I explained this to Merlin Cycles and they arranged for a refund. Could not ask for more. Excellent service. would ecommend to anyone.

Purchased the Polar H7 sensor to go with my Iphone and Endomondo app. Brilliant gadget and value for money.
The heart rate monitor is very easy to connect to the iPhone4S and works perfectly (so far!) with Strava. We are yet to see a drop out in our recordings. The chest band is comfortable and very adjustable to a large range of sizes. The battery in the monitor is easily changeable and uses a normal CR2032 battery (readily available). All up a really good product.
With regard to service from Merlin Cycles it was extremely efficient. It arrived within about a week of ordering (not bad for being sent to Australia!). We will definitely use the store in the future when we need more things for our bikes.
