French company Look were the first mass market clipless pedal makers to burst on to the road cycling market in the mid 1980’s. They took their ski binding technology and applied it to cycle pedals and were an instant hit. Winning a Tour de France shortly after sealed their reputation and soon practically every professional road cyclist was using clipless pedals. The public also warmed to the clipless pedal idea and Look now makes a wide range of road and mountain bike pedals to suit all abilities and budgets.

The company also makes carbon fibre road, mountain and track cycle frames and sponsors several professional teams as well as being the long term preferred frame supplier to the French national track racing team.
