Vermarc

Belgian sports clothing company Vermarc Sport was founded in 1977 by legendary pro-racer Frans Verbeeck. Using his experience from racing Frans set about making cycling clothing that would improve conditions for professionals and make that available to all levels of cyclists, an ethos which has carried the company through to this day.

Vermarc have constantly embraced new technological advances in materials and construction; they were one of the first to use sublimation techniques in printing on their garments, making them a hit with professionals and amateurs alike. Only the best quality materials are used in state of the art production facilities after input from some of the world’s best cyclists and designers. The attention to detail is the same for every garment from novice to professional level use.

They have a long history of sponsoring some of the biggest professional teams in cycling and have won the Tour de France with Greg LeMond’s ADR team in 1989. Today they are official clothing suppliers to several small road squads along with two of the biggest World Tour teams; Mark Cavendish and Tom Boonen’s Omega Pharma-Quickstep and Andre Greipel’s Lotto Belisol. Supplying these two legendary Belgian teams continues the drive to improve cycle clothing with feedback from riders going into future Vermarc garments.
