SeanoNeat and simple but can be a bit tricky in the really fat bars like some Salsa's. I ended up using a washer between the fattest rubber block and the nut to prevent the nut diving into the block whilst trying to grip the internals of a Salsa Cowbell. However, they slotted home tightly during testing on a no name alloy road bar and a Cannondale MTB bar so I might be hunting up another set in due course.

Mr Melvyn NeedI think these are simply great. All though they seem secure when fitted, I have added a touch of glue to make sure they do not come out on bumpy rides. If you want to add a bit of bling to your ride then these fit the bill. A little decadent ? So what. They look good and do the job perfectly.
