RockGreat value, quality product. Ideal for transition from summer to winter when it's not cold enough for full tights
Mr RobertsonExcellent fit, comfort and function. Just the job for this time of year.
GeeMy first foray into being a MAMIL as I needed some longer shorts for the autumnal weather and usually wear ordinary fashion shorts with padded liner shorts. These are very comfortable and have used them at lower than 10 deg C and still warm enough. Could do with being a little longer as they ride up behind the knee but you soon forget about that.
LowndesThe padded insert is very good, the warmth is very good, cut is very good for me (XL) the only small drawback is that the length of the 3/4 legs is a little short and does ride up to be just below the knee, the grippers are good though so it isn't uncomfortable, would've just preferred a longer leg.
Mr BowerVery comfortable and perfect for chilly Spring /summer mornings
SmithExcellent purchase. ordered a XL, I am 5'11'' and 91kg. Fits chunky thighs rather than squeezing you in.
DobsonGreat, reliable quality. However, a little on the small size, so consider going up a size. I'm 5'9" 12 & half stone, went for large and they are a snug fit but still do the job well enough for me to keep them.
WasayThis the best budget bib from a renowned company (Altura) I've ever bought!
Mr JalvingSizing according to guide. I'm 187 cm, 80 kg, large suits fine around waist and hips, but is too short, only just covering my knees. Elastic grippers are a bit loose resulting in bunching behind knees. Fabric is medium warm, for me suitable for 10-15 C rides.
Mr MurrayVery comfortable short with good stretch on the braces so that you don't need to undress every-time you want to take a pee
BounceExcellent product at a great price, as spring is upon us discard the full length bib tights for these 3/4 length, just the right amount of brushed roubaix lining to keep the spring chills away.
Mr TutmazI used it two 100 km ride without any issues. It was 6-7 degrees (Celcius) during one of the rides and I never got cold. The other one was about 16 degrees and I didn't get overheated. The padding is good and comfortable during long rides given that you have the right saddle. With a 91 cm waist/99 hips, I took medium as opposed to the L in my previous purchase (raceline bibshorts). It is a tight fit, but better than L. Altura recommends M between 83-88 cm waist, and the fabric, being stretchy, easily makes up for the extra cms. I suggest taking a look at Altura sizing on their own website as it is a more detailed chart. From my experience Altura sizing tends to be on the large side as I'm normally L in most of my clothing (normal&cycling), but I feel comfortable in M for Altura. I have a Transformer Jacket and raceline bibshorts in L and raceline longsleeved jersey in M. Large is not particularly big for me, but M is a better fit for as it is comfortably snug.
Mr BrovermanDid a 30 miler break in ride, started in high 50s and finished in the low 40s. Nice and fleecy interior, chamois feels great. XS fits me well, I'm 5'7, 140lbs.
odabasiGood quality, fit well
