Admittedly a How To Guide based around trail centres appears a bit daft. But nevertheless, trail centres are very different from the tracks and paths that you find in the countryside.

Trail centres are designed. They’re bike-specific trails. Trail centres typically contain some common features and obstacles. Learn how to ride a feature at one trail centre and you’ll then be able to apply that skill to any other trail centre that contains the same sort of feature.
