Compared to many manufacturers in cycling, Lezyne is a relatively new business. Established in 2007 by Micki Kozuschek, a former professional triathlete. Previously he had built the Truvativ brand before selling it to Sram in 2004. From the beginning, Lezyne’s tagline, ‘Engineered Design’ spelt out what Lezyne were going to do differently. To engineer and produce premium quality, high-end bicycle components, accessories and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lezyne Pressure Overdrive Floor Pump<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Based in Reno, Nevada, Lezyne also have facilities in California, Berlin (Germany) and Taichung (Taiwan). From the outset, Lezyne’s innovative range of floor pumps and multi-tools made a strong impression in the cycling industry. Their move into LED lights in 2011, set new standards in design and function. To produce their award winning range, a team of product designers and engineers worked directly under the lead of Mick Kozuschek to create the highest quality lights. The lights are tested in Lezynes own integrating sphere; an instrument to measure lumen output, they also developed their own lenses to produce the best optics.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lezyne Lie Drive 1000XL<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Following on from the introduction of their LED lights, the Leyne team of computer and electronic engineers began working on their range of GPS units, released in 2015. The GPS units were designed from the ground up, to be lightweight, user-friendly, super-reliable and packed with features.<\/p>\n\n\n
