My course suits the needs for performance athletes by giving the opportunity to train full time alongside their studies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My training week consists of 22 to 26 hours of training made up of swim, bike, run alongside my strength and conditioning. With additional support from physiotherapist and more. Allowing me to race against the best senior athletes in Britain. As she joined triathlon late and was told multiple times she wouldn\u2019t make it, but this year won the Ironman world championships at Kona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>That rounds up our local athlete feature for this week!
