Having recently invested in their new and improved flow trails, this Tweed Valley riding location really justifies its name on the map.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innerleithen\u2019s Adrenaline Uplift<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrenalinuplift.co.uk\/innerleithen\">uplift at Innerleithen<\/a> is a common favourite among downhill riders, this location also caters for the Scottish enduro scene having hosted many Tweedlove enduro stages over the years. Whether it be downhill or enduro that brings riders here, what is for certain is that a competent level of riding is required due to the hill\u2019s steep gradient and technical sections. Despite this, it must be said that Innerleithen isn\u2019t all rocks and roots; jumps and large berms can be found throughout the trails here contributing to that feeling once only found in bike parks.golfie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"951\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.merlincycles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/thumbnail_IMG_5162-1024x951.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46615 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.merlincycles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/thumbnail_IMG_5162-1024x951.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.merlincycles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/thumbnail_IMG_5162-768x714.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.merlincycles.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/thumbnail_IMG_5162.jpg 1440w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/951;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Golfie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaining its name from the old golf course at the bottom of the hill, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gotweedvalley.co.uk\/downhill-mountain-biking\">Golfie MTB trails<\/a> are sure to facilitate a great day out. The long fire road climb (favoured by e-bikers) taking you to the top offers picturesque views and intersects many of the trails giving a taste of what the hill has to offer.
