Camelbak Kudu 12 15L
A lightweight and streamlined enduro pack with integrated back protection, 12 litres of cargo and armour carry.
All CamelBak packs are designed to take a beating, but none more than the K.U.D.U™. The narrow-gauge counterpart to the K.U.D.U. 18, this pack is built for the enduro racer looking for a lightweight combination of protection and cargo. The flexible back protector panel absorbs over 94% of impact in a crash and is designed to handle multiple blows. The Impact Protector™ is made of flexible, lightweight foam that moves with your body, so you’ll get the protection you need without feeling like a tank. And the wider waist belt and dual sternum straps keep the pack positioned securely.
With room for CamelBak’s Antidote 3-litre reservoir (UK spec K.U.D.U. packs do not include reservoirs), stowing body armour and a full face helmet, the K.U.D.U. can go the distance between far-flung stages in an enduro race. If the weather turns, an integrated rain cover pops up to shield your gear, and there’s a secure half-shell helmet carry for aggressive descents while wearing your full face. The pack also features a bike tool organizer roll that fits into a cargo space, so you can easily grab your tools and get to work.

Good sizing for most rides. Well made. Having a few issues with the back protector not sitting flat against my back at the base of the back compared to a Deuter Attack that it was replacing. Time will tell if it settles down.
Very nice back pack for short rides . Enought room for your tools , snack and a small jacket
Its great quality and is very comfortable to wear.
Really good product. Camelback quality, even roll accessories included, and so comfortable, you will forget you wear it, except when you will need to drink.
As you would expect from Camelbak the quality and construction is excellent and will last a good few years. Storage is also of a good size if not as well organized as some of their packs.
The look and style is also very good. The fit of the pack is very good with plenty of adjustment making it feel secure, the protector does take a couple of rides to bed in or get used to whichever comes first.
My only criticism is that the uk spec pack does not come with the 3.0ltr bladder, not too much of a problem if you already run a camelback and can swap it over but if paying the RRP on this item then it really should include the bladder. very happy overall and give the k.u.d.u 4 stars
Overall a high quality bag. Very nice and snug fit thanks to the large hip belt and two sternum straps. Very well organized with a good amount of pockets and external straps. The rain/mud cover is a very welcome addition. The ventilationsystem seems OK, but as it is freezing outside now, I cannot speak for the function in hot weather. The back protection board smells pretty bad, but a washing in warm water and air drying will help a lot. Too bad there is no bladder included.
Very comfortable, loads of space. Highly recommend this product. Have not tried the back protector yet
An excellent piece of kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Appears robust and the armour looks able to absorb the damage should you take a tumble, which for me is quite often. Excellent value at over half price, altho this doesn't come with a bladder which I knew when I purchased it. As the bag is designed to take a 3 litre bladder then most others will fit in. I had an old Camelbak bladder anyway so not so much of an issue for me
This thing is great. Fits securely and comfortably and really is no heavier than my other camel bak that does not have the impact protector. Very happy with the storage and the tool roll is pretty cool.
