INTEGRATED ALUMINIUM/CARBON RIM STRUCTURE: the exclusive coupling system of the aluminium rim and carbon structure makes the rim extremely rigid, it allows for excellent responsiveness levels and durability of the wheel.

Woohoo , what can I say , the best online offer I could find! Campy wheels WITH pre-fitted clinchers Conti GP 4000's - what a combination! Great offer from Merlin tipped me over the edge to try out some aero wheels - they have smoothed out the road buzz that little bit more than my Mavic or Fulcrum 35mm ally wheels which are both good qulaity wheels but these are in a different league - I only wish I'd bought sooner!! Fast with a lovely quiet freehub when spinning - personally I don't like the very noisy ratchets some wheels have - these are near silent :-) happy days.

Excellent all round product. Got an extra 10% discount at the checkout. Wheels are outstanding and look the part on my fuji frame. Came with extenders for the valves which was a bonus. Received these wheels in good time. Got to say they look superb. Was a little worried that I had spent the money on something that I would not really notice but after a mile I knew that there was a definite improvement to my speed. A lovely wheelset at a bargain price, could not find them cheaper anywhere else. Recommended.
I received it in ten days after I ordered it. It is not cup&cone, but turns well. I feel an aeroeffect if it becomes more than 35 km. Weight of the front wheel is 784 g. Weight of the rear wheel is 1,053g. It is 43g heavier than maker indication. I hear a good sound like Campagnolo. The price is reasonable too, and I like it very much. As you do not need to change the brake shoe as it is an aluminum rim either, it is recommended in the deep rim wheel thinking about the purchase for the first time.
I bought the Campagnolo Bullet 50 and they are just great wheels. I have a Jamis Xenith SL Colavita team edition. I did my first 100 miles last Saturday August 15th. I live in New Jersey and we have hills! Summer is falling down and winds are picking up. The wheels are very responsive, smooth, fast and I feel very safe going down hills at 40 miles per hour. I hope to put more 100 miles rides and see how they behave in the future. I strongly recommend them but it's the post service sell at Merlin that convinced me to buy more products from them. The delivery time was a record. The product came intact and the follow up by Merlin's sales team is just in the highest standards of customer service. Thank you!

Early days but after much deliberation I'm really happy I went for these wheels. They seem very well built compared to my old carbon wheels. I seem to be getting lots more pb's since using them & they sound great!
I have ridden Campy Eurus wheels for the past nine years and loved them. They are fast and bomb-proof. The price for the Bullet wheelset was irresistible, so I bought a pair. I am 6'-1", 200lbs, ex track racer, and do most of my riding on the harsh streets of New York City. I have been riding for 40 years and this is my first set of deep profile rims. Compared to the Eurus: I do not notice the slight additional weight of the Bullet wheels. The Bullet set is amazingly quiet. There is virtually no freehub noise and no sound of air over the spokes at all. The Eurus wheels had a definite "wooosh" sound and a "Ka-Tang!" over bumps. The Bullets offer up a quiet "k-tunk" over the same bumps. The Bullets offer a softer, more comfortable ride. I do get a bit of flex in the front wheel under heavy braking and some cornering conditions. Nothing scary. But my speedo wheel magnet will occasionally tik tik against the sensor under lateral loads, which did not occur with the Eurus. I have not noticed any flex or brake rub with the rear wheel. The braking surface of the rim is beautifully smooth and pad feel and modulation is the best I have ever experienced. I was concerned about cross wind stability with the deep section rims but they are no problem at all. I have ridden many times along the Hudson river at 20-25 mph with significant wind gusts from all angles and if anything, the Bullet wheels suffer less in cross winds than the Eurus. I think perhaps the wide bladed Eurus spokes create a larger effective sail profile in crosswinds, where the Bullet's thinner bladed spokes and more aero rim are less susceptible to cross-wind push. Are they faster? I can't say for sure, but they are definitely a more pleasant riding experience, and I really liked the Eurus. Are they bomb-proof? Only time will tell. I rode the same Eurus wheelset for nearly nine years and NEVER even touched a single spoke for adjustment. No exaggeration. Perfectly true under a big guy and thousands and thousands of miles. I can hope that the Bullet offer the same durability. However, the Bullet ride quality is excellent. And, they look fantastic. The finish level is typical Campagnolo A+++ standards.
