Campagnolo Potenza HO Rear Derailleur - 11 Speed
Campagnolo Potenza HO (Disc Brake) Rear Derailleur - 11 Speed
The Potenza rear derailleur takes a great deal of inspiration from the revolution 11+ drivetrains and guarantees a similar degree of shifting performance as a result.
Changing only the materials used in its construction, the Potenza 11 rear derailleur is capable of shifting with the precision and speed of the Super Record version with the only compromise coming in the form of weight. In addition to the form and structure of the component Embrace Technology, introduced on the Super Record, Record e Chorus groupsets launched last year has been incorporated into the performance of the Potenza 11 rear derailleur.
Disc Brake Frame Specific
This HO (hydraulically optimised) version is specifically designed for use on road disc frames that feature the wider 12x142mm rear hub spacing. It features an adapted mounting link for easier thru axle removal and larger teeth on the upper pulley for precise shifting at more extreme chainlines.

Clive Good solid rear mech that works with the HO set up and functions with a 32T cassette. Smartly delivered by Merlin.
Velottante Works like it should with a 32T cassette. Easy to install & adjust, usual Campa quality. Very good value for money
Mr Gladdish Probably the best mid-size alloy derailleur you can buy. When paired with an equal or better quality shifter the shifting is trouble free, even under a pedalling load.
Mr Clancy Super easy to setup and now able to run a 32 up front and 32 out back. Early days but seems pretty solid so far.
Mr Shairrick I ordered this as a replacement for the derailleur that originally shipped with the Potenza gruppo (it had a blemish/defect). Checkout was easy, item is priced right, and shipping was quick. to the US. Installed and setup, the derailleur is quick and good looking. Potenza, in my experience, is aluminum Chorus with a powershift mechanism. It's quality stuff and the experience purchasing from Merlin was fantastic.
