Castelli Intenso UL Shoecover - AW21
The overshoe for riders who don’t stick to one discipline. The Castelli Intenso UL Shoecover is the perfect bootie for cool to cold days and has built in adaptability, so it can accommodate your road, mtb, or gravel shoe.
Made from GORE-TEX™ INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric the overshoe is highly breathable, letting moisture escape while keeping the heat in. Completely windproof and water-resistant the fabric will protect your feet in a wide variety of conditions, and let you take your mind off the weather and focus on your riding. Neoprene details make the bootie fit perfectly.
The bottom of the Intenso has a wide opening that accommodates road shoes, but also the bulkier treads of gravel and mountain bike shoes. A Velcro closure under the sole makes the perfect fit regardless of shoe choice. Durable panels wrap around the lower part for extra durability on those trail sections that demand to be traversed on foot.

Michelle Wore these for the first time the other day when it was tipping down. Words cannot express my joy at seeing the water bead on the overshoe rather than soaking in and through to my poor cold feet! The fleecy lining is also great so am looking forward to testing them properly when the weather gets cooler. As with all things Castelli I had to buy the next size up - now they fit over my road shoes snugly, but frankly there isnt a cats chance in hell they will fit over my MTB shoes which they suggest they will due to the velcro opening on the underside. But nevermind. I still recommend them though.
