Not as good as I hoped for. Really tight around the wrists makes difficult to get on/off. They developed a hole when the stitching came undone at base of the ring finger after 6 rides. I've done a repair and they're still going. For the money you expect better than this.
Surprisingly warm. Excellent feel. Would recommend.
I bought these gloves for the warmer spring weather, when it is still too cool to have bare hands. They're a brilliant bit of kit, the nanoflex fabric across the back of the hands is slightly fleecy, so it retains some heat, as well as having a degree of windproofing to keep cooler gusts at bay. The faux leather palm is a great, thin enough to maintain enough dexterity to operate your garmin/phone "yes the heat goes through them to operate touch screens". the only qualm, and its a niggle, they size very small, so go up a size.
Really good fit and well made. I wore them on a ride that started early on a frosty Oct morning. They weren't enough for low temps, but were spot on once the temperature rose towards double figures
Close fitting gloves that take some pulling on but once in place they are very good, they don`t make your hands too sweaty either.
Perfect glove for spring of Autumn, good grip, only negative is the cuffs are really tight, hard to pull over your hands
Ideal for the autumn months as I don1t like my hands too hot. These keep the wind at bay fit nicely initially feel a bit snug but after a few rides they will hopefully give a little, quality from Castelli as expected.
I measured my hand as per size chart and although the cuff is very tight to go over my fist, once on it is very comfortable and kept my fingers perfectly warm on a foggy misty evening ride.
Good glove for the cooler ride before the need for full winter spec glove
Love these gloves - I usually have trouble getting full gloves to fit (usually too small). I used the size guide and went for medium which are a perfect fit
Another great quality glove from Castelli. It's both light and fashionable!
The gloves take a bit of time & stretching to first put on but after a short time they fit like a glove.......don't keep you're hands very warm in very cold weather but grip the handlebars fine.
Fantastic gloves. These gloves fit great; they are comfortable on the bars with no creasing of the palm; they are surprisingly warm for their weight and they look and feel great too. Going by the sizing on the Castelli chart, I went for a medium and they fit well. I am a medium or sometimes a large in other gloves. For these, I would recommend sizing from the size chart. They don't seem to run small like other Italian brands.
Warm Gloves for cooler mornings in moderate climates. Excellent quality.
Very nice gloves (as youd expect from Castelli) and perfect for winter in Australia.
These are a well constructed glove and as other reviews say, can be a little tight to pull on and remove which shouldn't be hurried. My wrist to tip of middle finger is 20cm, across the palm 9.5cm. The medium size felt tight and the fingers were not quite long enough but the palm was a snug, golf glove type fit. (returned) The large (which I have kept) are good in finger length but a little loose on the palm, especially the little finger. Not the ideal fit to be honest, but this is a personal thing which I am used to now after a few rides, and its worth the perseverance to get the correct fit. The gloves are like their name, very light and of high quality. They feel very nice on and the gripped palm is excellent. Their insulation is surprising in such a thin glove. I cycle in north wales early mornings and late evenings with temp at 7 degrees and they are more than adequate. For me they would benefit from some light padding in key areas on the palm to make them more comfortable on longer rides. They are nice and long around the wrist insuring good insulation coupled with a long sleeve jersey. To summarize, a very nicely made good quality glove that is more than fit for purpose. If you can get the right fit then you will thoroughly enjoy these gloves.
Good gloves for cooler weather when it's not quite warm enough for fingerless gloves. Ideal for spring mornings.
I went one size up from the sizing chart and they are a perfect fit.
A snug fit but good spring/autumn glove.
I have used these a few times on evening rides where the temperature has been around 11-16 degrees celcius, and they've kept my hands quite warm. I would've hoped they've been even warmer but then again my hands tend to get cold quite easily.
Good fit and quality. Grip is really good at least with the handle bar tape I use (Fizik soft touch). Lack of padding hasn't been an issue so far.
Comfy, fit and warm. Great product by castelli. At first, they are difficult to put on because of its not so stretchy material, after putting on for several times, they become easier to put on
