The Castelli Perfetto RoS 2 Convertible Jacket makes the already highly versatile, breathable yet weatherproof Perfetto jacket even more useful! That's because it shares all the same great features, with the addition of a vent at chest level and zips above the elbows, which will allow you to turn your long sleeve jacket into a short sleeve Gabba.

You can therefore leave your sleeves at home when it's mild, take them off and stow them in a jersey pocket if the weather changes, or keep the sleeves in place to enjoy the full protection features of the Perfetto. There's also room to add layers underneath to extend its usefulness over all four seasons.

The jacket is made from two different GORE-TEX INFINIUMTM WINDSTOPPER® fabrics, one fleece-lined and water resistant for warmth, used at the front of the jacket where the worst of the weather will hit, and another that stretches for a better fit and allows air to circulate, used at the back.

This second release of the Perfetto has been improved with an extra pocket for added storage, better reflectivity at the back, a two-way zip for better temperature control, a roomier yet still race-ready fit and improved placement of the taped shoulder seams for better rain protection.

Buy the convertible model if you cycle a lot in changeable conditions or if you do a lot of travelling, whether internationally or within the UK. When space is at a premium, having two jackets in one will allow you to fit more essentials. Castelli recommends packing the essentially waterproof Idro Pro 3 jacket alongside your Perfetto RoS 2 Convertible to prepare for the full gamut of cool conditions.

Castelli Sorpasso ROS Bib Tight

The name of this tight, Sorpasso, means overtaking in Italian. That's what Castelli have tried to do with this tight, to make it faster, better, more comfortable. It's made to be technical features for riding in the widest range of winter conditions. The main part of the tight uses Nano Flex 3G fabric, the third generation of Castelli's nanotechnology fabric treatment that adds a high level of water repellency without affecting the breathability, stretch or warmth of the fabric. You get a highly stretchy, compressive fit that moves with you, focusing on warmth and comfort.

Made for long hours in the widest range of conditions, this tight features our ultra-stretchy, warm and water-repellent Nano Flex 3G fabric with the extra warmth of Nano Flex Xtra Dry on the hips and thighs, along with an anatomical cut and the Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad for long-distance comfort.
