The Ace offers headturning style with spinesaving comfort.
Specifically designed to provide an easy ride for Gran Fondo riders
and those who are just starting to take their cycling seriously the Ace
provides a more upright and comfortable position than our standard geometries.
The frame is a carbon fibre monocoque and features round main tubes and square chainstays.
The study of cross-sections, combined with a careful analysis of the layout of the carbon fibres
has made it possible to maximise comfort without compromising lateral stiffness for performance and riding pleasure.
Available in eight sloping sizes and three colour variations.

General information about our shipping
Excellent build quality and really quick only covered a couple of 200 miles so far but loving it, a significant upgrade on my Specialized Allez
This bike arrived in mint condition (well done Merlin...I'm fussy!) and I am so pleased with it. First time of using Merlin and I'm very impressed! I wasn't sure on size but did an educated guess based on my Fondriest. I'm 5'9", 31" inside leg and went for the 50cm (usually go 52cm) and size is spot on. I swapped the wheels for a pair of Fulcrum 5's I had and love the ride. It's a very comfortable bike, nicely set up (again, well done Merlin) and a fantastic price. Why ride the same bike as everyone else when you can have one of these?
