Really clever, good product that works very well, once you are used to it and have it set up correctly, BUT do be careful bending the frame and tabs. I managed to break one of the tabs before I had even used my first mirror and had to buy a replacement. It would be helpful if the instructions had a warning to be careful with the initial bending/adjusting of the frame/tabs.
I find it gives me a lot of information about cyclists and vehicles and I and the rest of the traffic are safer as a result. This is the fifth one I've bought. The others have been lost and one - the arm broke in my pocket. I now keep it in an old glasses case.
Good mirror quality
Great mirror, have recommended it to lots of people. After cycle training also ostentatiously look over shoulder when about to turn right or left. Easy to mislay so have wrapped fluorescent band around arm. Delivery rapid.
Works well, I even wore it walking the dog and you can see behind you and feel safe!
I bought two of these, one for myself ad one for my wife as we both cycle to work 1-2 a week on average. Once you adjust the mirror (you should be sitting on bike) actually they work very well. Take care though if you are wearing bulky rucksack then the rucksack surprisingly obscures much of the vision. The more you use the more you get used to the slight movement of the head that is required. Good value product for the benefit it provides. I recommend.
Easy to fit and ightweight, but with a vey small field of view. Takes a lot of fiddling to get the angle correct.
Roger silver trowel
Works well once youre used to it. Watching behind much less stressful. Tips- fit on right specs arm (UK), bend arm to get mirror placed in top right of your field of view through your specs, otherwise you tend to see too much of your shoulder. Also a rubber band looped around the bottom of the three legs helps prevent knocking the assembly of when you wipe your sweaty brow. Despite looking a bit of a nerd, I wouldnt be without it now! Safe cycling!
