David Reasonably easy to put together although it does need close reading of instructions at first, as it is not intuitive. It is not especially quiet but tolerable. I was able to connect it (via bluetooth) to my mobile. The cadence figure is unreliable and the power figures need calibrating with a power meter that I do not have. Using heart rate zones works OK and so does power as long as you assume that the power displayed is probably different to real power. But then it is a stationary bike and not on a road so it probably doesn't matter! I have found it to be an effective way of wearing myself out by following various on-line turbo trainer suggestions. I got it for 40% off retail price and that seems fair value. At full price...maybe not.
