Italian company ProLogo have been making saddles for many years and have recently branched out into other products such as: handlebar tape, handlebar grips and cycling gloves. Initially they manufactured saddles for a host of other companies, and still do, but a few years ago they decided to use their technology and know how to create their own range of saddles. They became an immediate success with professional and amateur riders across the globe and the range continues to grow.

ProLogo has been an innovator in saddle design and has worked extensively on saddle shape and pressure relief as well as with materials. The latest technology to be developed is the Connect Power Control (CPC) system which is a coating on the saddle which helps eliminate the rider slipping forward whilst pedalling and also improves shock absorption. This has gained immediate favour with time trial and triathlon riders and is now spreading to other contact points such as gloves which can also benefit from better grip and shock dissipation.

They are the current saddle of choice for former Tour de France champion Alberto Contador and the Tinkoff-Saxo team as well as current world road race champion Rui Costa and the Lampre-Merida team. Some of the current range of saddles was helped in the design process by Classics star Fabian Cancellara who used the saddles for several seasons to win some of the biggest races in the world.
