Antares / Chameleon - a slight curve towards the rear of the saddle, slightly wider than the arione. Provides some pelvic rotation support whilst still allowing some movement of the rider on the saddle.

chris SuperX/GanRSUsing the Fizik own 'spine concept' for new saddles their recommendation was for the Antares in a large size. Ordered both the 'solid' & the 'versus evo' variants intending to compare & return the least preferred. Fitted to the bike & went for an 80k ride, first 50k saddle felt more comfortable than the original stock saddle, however the latter stages it felt hard & unforgiving & not as comfortable as the first few k's.
The saddle is wonderfully well made, feels good quality, the R1 was in the sale & only few £ more than the R3, so why not?
Really compliments my black bike & looks a thing of beauty. Kept this variant for my summer road bike.

Mr BenjaminI was seriously looking to find and purchase a quality saddle, after buying my Bianchi bike one year ago. The prices and quality here in South Africa is not great. I took a leap in faith with This Fizik Antares R1. I've had 3 rides and the feel, the look and reality of such quality makes me believe that I will be enjoying many more miles of enjoyment and riding, even during longer rides. I would stick my hand up as volunteer to be a Fizik ambassador. I highly and geniunely recommend this product. I will be looking to Fizik for future quality components.
