The MET Echo is an entry-level MTB helmet high in quality and protection. It’s the perfect choice for those who are just beginning their adventures on the trails. The construction of the helmet offers the same technology and safety as helmets higher up in the range. MET have increased the coverage around the back of the head, which is especially in need of protection.

Mr Oates Great looking in subtle colorways, though the fit is a little snug. I measured my head and I am about 1.5cm smaller than the upper limit, and therefore too small probably for the larger size. But it's still a little tight. If you're nearer the upper limit of the small, I would try the larger too.
