The Giro Terraduro mountain bike shoe was born out of the need for an MTB shoe that could happily navigate the challenging demands of serious mountain biking and Enduro riding. This highly durable shoe features a clever combination of a nylon shank to provide a stiff pedaling platform and a grippy ‘Vibram’ rubber outsole to keep you steady on your feet when you’re off the bike scrambling over rocks and loose terrain. The fit of the Terraduro MTB shoe is both secure and supportive thanks to a slim, micro-adjustable buckle and two-strap Velcro closure system while a reinforced toe box offers protection from scrapes and impacts.
High quality breathable microfibre upper

Comfortable, hard-wearing, reliable.
Very pleased with these shoes, which I got at a keen price in Merlin's sale. Following comments by other product reviewers, I bought a size up on my normal high street size, and got a perfect fit. The shoes are not going to please anyone who haunts 'Weight Weeny' forums: they feature a thick, durable Vibram sole. This is as it says an MTB shoe, with no fittings for Cyclo-Cross studs. No problem accessing my Eggbeater pedals. I expect to wear them a lot, and for them to be long-lasting.
I've only worn the shoes for 6 rides, but they have been great so far. Very comfortable. I'm glad I ordered a size up because they do run a bit small.
I bought these a size larger (44 instead of 43) as recommended by others and the fit is good for me.
The shoes themselves appear well made and have a decent sole on them . They are not lightweight race shoes.
Very stiff sole and solid shoe. Snug fit. Awesome grip in all conditions especially wet rocks. Very good quality product.
This is the second pair of Terraduro's I have purchased. The wide-ish toe box fits my foot nicely. The Vibram sole makes for solid purchase on those hike-a-bike sections. The cleats are recessed enough that you do not create a racket walking on floors, but there is no interference with the cleat / pedal interface (I use Time ATAC pedals). Liked the first pair so much I bought a second to leave out at our cabin.
Bought the size that suited my foot or so I thought. Should have taken notice of other reviews to go next size up. Have 2 pairs now and they are excellent.
Very comfortable, went one size up. Two other riders recommended them and I have to agree, best MTB shoe I have ever worn to date.
Really comfortable shoes for both cycling and walking. Note that they are not even close to being red- they are fluoro orange. Get a size larger than you would in normal walking shoes. Great service from Merlin.
Had these shoes for 2 weeks brought as an everyday MTB shoe, really comfortable with good stiffness, highly recommend.
Comfortable shoe with great support. Fairly good at keeping your feet dry for a shoe that is not made of Goretex.
