Knog Blinder Mini Niner Rechargeable Front Light
The Blinder MINI Niner, so called for its array of 9 LEDs. These surface mounted LEDs punch well above their weight, with the 20 lumens for front getting you seen from over 500m away. Niner has a reflective face for added safety. With a weight of only 15 grams the light uses its tool-less attachment to securely connect to handlebars and frames of 22-32+mm.

Mr Adam Bought as a present but viewed before gifting and for the size of the light it seems to be a really effective front light especially for the needs of the cyclist it was gifted to. Great build quality and i like the large flat face of the light. Would consider getting one myself.
Mr Buchan This is a very well designed bike light. The little metal clip allows you to get leverage to take the silicone strap on an off smoothly, the built in USB port means you dont have to fret about cables, and the low-battery warning light gives you a nice heads up so that you can stay safe. It also has an excellent range of modes for attracting attention, and the full beam mode got me through a dark park, although I wouldnt recommend it for regular riding in the pitch black. The battery life is good but not as long as other lights I have used. The 9 LEDs all act as essentially one big LED- I would have thought that one of the modes would involve lighting different parts of the 9 LED board at different times, as this could be quite attention grabbing. TL;DR Its an excellent bike light, with very minor areas for improvement.
