Northwave Extreme GT Road Shoes
The Northwave Extreme GT Shoes feature Xframe® construction to eliminate pressure points and a stiff carbon sole for effective power transfer, making these perfect for long distance challenges. The Northwave Extreme GT road shoes are based on the popular race shoe, the Northwave Extreme. The Morph Carbon 12 AAS sole with a full-carbon insert in the pedal area has a stiffness index of 12.0 which is slightly less than the original Extreme so you get more comfort over longer distances whilst still benefitting from effective power transfer. Northwave's patented Xframe® construction uses ultra light materials and distributes pressure evenly across the foot so when you're pushing your limits you're not going to be distracted by pinching shoes. The exclusive SLW2 dial allows easy micro-adjustment on-the-fly so you can be ready for that final sprint.

Paul Got these shoes to replace a pair of specialised torch 1.0 shoes which I only wore 3 times, they were very uncomfortable, these northwave extreme gt shoes are excellent very comfortable and very well priced I would definitely get another pair, they fitted perfectly , not small fitting like the specialised shoes are.

Miss Castle Light and very stiff as well as the most comfortable cycling shoes I've ever owned. Not as narrow as many cycling shoes which suits me. Love the ease making adjustments with the dial or a click of the little lever. Also much less bulky as no straps so nice and easy to fit overshoe covers.
Hudson sneaker of extreme quality, perfect finish, very rigid, and the price and delivery were excellent, unfortunately the taxes in Brazil, are abusive, but it pays to buy !!! I recommend!
John Adams This is my third pair of NW shoes. The sizes are consistent from one pair to the next, so I'm confident buying online. The Extreme GTs were great value on sale. The sole is very stiff, but the shoe is not uncomfortable. The tightening mechanism works well. No pressure on the top of the foot that I got with previous velcro systems. Not a shoe for beginners at this stiffness...but comfortable enough for long rides.

PV Not the first time trying NW shoes - both mtb and road. All fit me well. This one is especially good like and firm, how the performance road shoe should be.
Ersin I bought this shoes very cheap in black friday from Merlin. I have just recevied my parcel and shoes are good, locking technology is quite good, only you have to check from web site how to loosen, its different than boa but good. Sizes are same with shimano shoes I used to wear 44 and I bought 44 as well. Carbon sole in pedal area. Price performance is quite good. Also this shoes are not for hot summer..

Mr Lee Shoes claimed to be wider fit than Sidi but it is still narrow.. Should be normal fit but my feet just too wide for the very good quality Northwave Extreme GT. The finishing is excellent and the feel is really comfy and the shoes is very light
