Northwave Extreme H2O Light Long Sleeve Cycling Jacket - 2020

The Northwave Extreme H2O long sleeved jacket features BIOMAP fabric which works and thinks with you. Strategically positioned stitching prevents any chafing when cycling. A combination of different fabrics provides enhanced breathability or more protection where it’s needed. Plus it ensures muscle compression for improved performance of active muscle groups. The bad-weather protection is provided by H2O flex membrane with exceptional stretch. Incredible super four-way stretch properties enable the membrane to mould perfectly to the cyclist’s body to ensure maximum freedom of movement and a snug aero fit. It provides a windproof barrier with up to 10,000 mm waterproof protection that retains body heat while rapidly wicking moisture to the outside of the fabric to create the ideal microclimate.

JM Super nice product. I did a 81Km ride in cold weather (2 degrees) with two inner layers and it felt fine.

Sebastiaan Just an awesome jacket: love it! Have both the short sleeve version as this one. It does what is promises to do: keep you dry and warm in ‘extreme’ (wet, windy) conditions. The fit and quality is excellent. Sizing is a bit small, I normally wear size M (Pearl Izumi, Craft, Shimano) and have these in size L.
Rogue Saint Decent jacket for cool days with light rain or short showers. The jacket is well made and close fitting when on the bike, paired with a long sleeve base layer this jacket is spot on if you are putting in a decent effort. I bought this specifically for 30/50 minutes commutes and its ideal although I would still use a proper rain jacket if the rain is heavy when leaving home, I do not think that this jacket is suited for heavy constant rain, it has handled some light rain and some short showers and kept me dry on the commute. I'm 170cm, 72kgs and size small is ideal .
AndyChem I had previously bought the SS version and it is skin tight (I am 185 cm100cm chest/88cm waist/78kg)) but poor breathabilty made it only useful below ~10C. The LS version is redesigned and is more breathable due to mesh inserts down the sides and under arms. I ordered XL and it is almost too loose (for my taste). I wore for 2 hr ride in occasional drizzle @ 8C and was quite comfortable with a light (mesh) base layer.
