We extended the field of view in the upper peripheral region to optimize it for cycling, and once we added Switchlock™ Technology for easy lens changing plus temples that adjust to three different lengths for helmet compatibility, Jawbreaker™ became the ultimate sport design. This lightweight yet durable performance sunglass features impact resistance and optical precision at the level of ANSI Z87.1, and with the Polaric Ellipsoid™ geometry of High Definition Optics®, you’ll have razor-sharp vision at every angle of view. Jawbreaker answers the wish list of world-class athletes by offering everything from surge ports for cooling airflow to Unobtainium® components for a comfortably secure fit, and with the hassle-free lens changing of Switchlock, it lets them adapt in seconds with HDPolarized™ optics and lenses with Prizm™ technology that fine tunes colors for maximized contrast and enhanced vision.
To make the process of lens changing fast, easy and hassle-free, this technology uses a simple switch mechanism to release the mounted lens so a new one can be locked in instantly. It lets athletes adapt their vision and keep up with changing light.
Backed by decades of innovation, Oakley performance eyewear offers uncompromising protection against high-velocity and high-mass impact. The protection is a benefit of the premium materials and unique architectures of Oakley lens/frame combinations.
High Definition Optics® (HDO®) is a collection of patented technologies that allow Oakley eyewear to meet or exceed the testing standards of the American National Standards Institute for optical clarity, visual fidelity, and impact resistance.
A soft hydrophilic synthetic, it increases adhesion when wet to grip better when you perspire. This makes it ideal for earsocks and nose pads in performance eyewear.
Improving safety, comfort and performance, Oakley HDPolarized lenses filter out 99% of reflected glare without the haze and optical distortion that can come with polarized lenses made with conventional manufacturing techniques.
Designed to balance light transmission and reduce glare, this premium lens coating is made with superheated metal oxides. It is available in a spectrum of colors for optimizing vision in virtually any light condition.

General information about our shipping
They are so clear and unobtrusive I sometimes forget that I am wearing them. They are light and fit perfectly.
Love everything on this frame, vent, nose piece, lens can be removed in seconds. It covers and keeps my eyes comfortable when descending. Couldn't be happier with purchase decision.
The best there is. The best there was. The best there ever will be? Best cycling glasses I have tried. Superior to Racing Jackets and Radarlocks. I can't imagine what they have up their sleeves next.
My third Oakley product but my first Prizm lens. The lens provides stunningly clear and sharp images. Eyes feel relaxed. Works well when the sun is out, too - pleasant, not dark like other brands which strains the eye. - therefore good protection for the eyes against flying insects or debris even at night.
These arrived safely in Japan about 10 days after ordering them. They were wrapped in a box just a bit bigger than the glasses. After owning a few pairs of Oakely's I was surprised at the type of plastic these are made of. I'm used to a more rubbery plastic but these feel hard and brittle. They are very light and the lenses are excellent. Sharp and crystal clear. They are rather large but they don't interfere with vision at all. I think I was confused wit the name Jawbreaker which is similar to Jawbone (a different Oakley glasses). Still, at the sale price I'm happy to have them in my collection.
