The Grand Prix 4000s boasts global appeal as the best all round race bike tyre on the market.
Not only is it fast and super grippy, thanks to its state of the art Black Chili rubber compound, but it is also tough with a healthy tread layer and of course our Vectran™ anti puncture breaker layer underneath.
So for reliability, longevity and all out performance for your race machine, the GP 4000s is the only choice.

I really noticed the difference in speed compared to Schwalbe Lugano's. No punctures after about 100 mi so far. Easy to fit.
Excellent as usual. Always use Conti tyres and they have great longevity, superb grip and minimal puncturing
I bought these tyres as I was fed up getting punctures with my Michelin Pro 4s.
I have now had them on my bike and clocked up around 300 miles. The grip they have in the wet or dry is very good. The best bit about these tyres are that the ride difference is a lot smoother and I don't feel as if I have been on a bone shaking ride.
Excellent tyres. Roll well, grippy and don`t cut up too easily.
Great tyre, consistently good, puncture resistant band works well, one puncture in the previous 12 months on the old tyres, I always use these.
Lovely tyres, roll forever and seem to be standing up to the rubbish roads around the Lancaster area. Not too tight on the rim so relatively easy to fit
Great durable and fast tyre. Has not had a puncture to date on these tyres. And they last forever!
Great tyres that can take the rough chip roads of NZ
I never go for any other tyre. Really grippy and in several years have only ever had one puncture.
My favourite tyres...pretty nippy but with good puncture protection and grip (and at this price and delivered so quick!?)
Good alternative to the 4 seasons, slightly faster for the summer and good puncture resistance. I use the 4 seasons on my commute, and the GP4000S for club runs.
Ridden almost 6000 miles on my existing pair of Continental GP4000S 700 x 23 and they have been brilliant. They have been ridden on both busy main roads and country lanes riddled with pot holes and in all sorts of weather. They seem just as good in the wet as the dry. I've never once felt any slippage when cornering in the wet. Don't know if the good grip and long life is down to design, manufacture, or the chilli rubber but I can't fault these tyres. There's still life left on my existing GP4000S tyres but the inbuilt wear indicators have almost disappeared so I decided it was time to invest in a new pair. Punctures, one snake bite after hitting a pot hole and a second caused by a huge thorn. There are a few cuts in the tyres caused by stones etc; but none have penetrated the layer of puncture protection. The GP4000S tyres are not the cheapest so shop around.
My favourite tyres, light grippy and quiet, I never ride anything else if i don't have too
I have yet to find a better tyre & always recommend these to anyone shopping for similar
Good tire and very comfortable!
Thought I'd try these to see what all the fuss is about, glad I did now.
A superb tyre. Easy to get on, virtually puncture proof and sticks to the road like glue - even in the wet. I'm not sure why but the bike feels completely different with these on - less work & more speed somehow.
To be honest I didn't expect much - after all, how can tyres make much difference. Not so - worth every penny and wouldn't ride with anything else now.
