Mr Wilkinson Delighted with the quality of the stand. Bought it to replace a different style that didn’t hold mountain bikes with a thick down tube well & even though folded had pieces sticking out so storing was an issue. This looks great, performs well & takes up much less storage space . Not to mention price was best on Internet on the day.
Mr Barnard I had an issue with my gears slipping and wanted to raise my bike off the floor while I sorted it. This stand does the job! It's not the most expensive, but it assembled easily and has a useful tools tray to boot. I'd recommend it.
Mr NICOLL I’ve been fettling bikes for many years but I’ve never used a work stand. I wanted to do a fork service on my MTB which can be a messy job if done upside down so thought I’d treat myself. For the price paid I have to say that this stand is fantastic! It’s easy to set up and adjust and it holds the bike perfectly. Although the clamp head has rubber coated jaws I would still recommend using a rag around the frame to prevent marking. The ordering and delivery service from Merlin was slick and quick as ever. All in all a great purchase.

C T Seems fairly sturdy - holds my full suspension trail bike securely and doesn’t wobble. Good adjustability in the height range and a handy table to rest your tools while working. Folds fairly compact for storage. So far can’t fault it, especially at the price point.

Sir Peddlesworth I wanted a park tools stand. I don't have that sort of money. £41 delivered seemed a stretch since others are more than twice as expensive. Although its not as nice as the shop ones I've used its really very good value for money. Feels sturdy. It ony takes a bit more time to set up and its got its own parts tray that hangs on to it so you can put tools etc on it too ! Its just so good to bee able to work on the bike properly now. Dare I say a pleasure now. Bring on the twiddling and tinkering ... !
