henry This is my 2nd one of these. I tend to like throwing my bike in to things like trees/rocks. They are prety robust tbf. It took me a year and half of constant abuse to wreck my last one
Chris Good, no nonsence product. Does the job as well as my XT derailleur. Nice to have the shadow low profile and the clutch came in handy becuase I`m converting to a 1x system.
Mr Kiorgaard Looks good works well! Shifting was smooth! Clutch worked great.
MC Simple and effective MTB rear mech. Best price from Merlin.
Mr Spinks Quality product. Clearly influenced by previous XT derailieurs. Great price.
Fry The Deore range has long been the mainstay of the Shimano MTB component line up and the current incarnation is superb, both in form and function. As long as Shimano's instructions regarding component compatibility is adhered to then once set up, shifting is precise and reliable. The finish is also excellent.
Mr Harding Works really well, shift is positive and the clutch does help
Mr sutton Really nice looking mech, great price too. Has more steel ( inner and outer cages) and weight than XT and basic jockey wheels as expected. Function wise it works a treat, no sloppy pivots or quality issues. So far so good. Shimano deore just gets better and better.
Mr harrell Brilliant. I use this on a recumbent with the usual two and a half chain lengths. Used to have some fairly aggressive chain slap over rough roads, not anymore, brilliant!
