General information about our shipping
Items arrived on time and well packed. Fitting was straight forward until I found that Shimano had not put enough grommets in the package. I think you are supposed to get 4 and I only ended up with 2. So I purchased some separately. Fitting was good and machining tolerances are very good. The installation manuals are available online and do not come with the package. 80km on the bike so far and trouble free.
