Mr Hui Shimano precision. This is a great upgrade kit for those who would like to enhance their biking experience. Once you used Di2, there is no turning back. Do take notes that electronic shift is very precise and do require precision parts to match with. eg. Shimano cassette should also be used.
KidKarbon Having owned previous versions of Di2 and eTap I have no doubt at all the the 9150 groupset of the slickest of them all, it feels just so polished. It shifts faster than eTap and is less clunky. Massively reprofiled shifters are more tactile with gloves while the shifting can be configured as you desire with an option of three shift modes (manual) which shifts in a traditional manner (semi-sequential) which compensates a shift on the front by moving up or down the cassette so that the step is not so big (full sequential) moves to the next logical gear by changing the front shift automatically. When combined with the ability to configure the shift levers to function as you want (eTap shifting style if you desire for example) 9150 really starts to shine. The shifters have buttons on top of the hoods which can be used to control your bike computer (optional DFly module needed) The shadow tech rear mech positions it under the cassette for better quality shifting and protection. At this time there is nothing more that I desire from a groupset. Shimano absolutely got this bang on.
Mr Alves I have a TRC Advanced PRO and came with mechanical Ultegra. Put this new dura ace groupset and my life change! Rides smooth and precision, comfortble, great feeling in the shifters. Totally customizable.

eabe The Dura Ace 9150 Gi2 Gear Kit includes everything you need to upgrade your bike to run Shimano's latest and greatest R9150 shifter / derailleurs.
It includes the shifters, junction boxes, battery, connection wires and derailleurs, plus instructions. They arrived on OEM boxes (plain cardboard boxes instead of the shiny Dura Ace boxes sold to consumers). Note that it did not included a seatpost adapter for the battery, which will depend on your bike's setup.
Installation and configuration was straightforward if you are familiar with Ultegra / Dura Ace Di2. The quality of the new groupset is remarkable, it looks and feels better than the Ultegra 6870 I have on my other bike, and the new dark color theme looks better than the preceding 9000 Dura Ace (in my personal opinion).
The most noticeable difference is the 'click' feeling of the shifters and how the buttons are positioned. It's a big improvement for those with large fingers and/or wearing full finger gloves.
As for shifting performance, in all honesty, there is barely any noticeable differences when compared with my Ultegra Di2 6870 derailleurs. Perhaps under heavy load and extreme conditions the Dura Ace might outperform the Ultegra, but that is just a guess. I have never experienced any shifting flaws with my Ultegra and the Dura Ace (so far) has held up to my high expectations.
Keep in mind, however, that I take the time to install my components carefully, with great attention to the chainline and derailleurs alignment - that in my opinion makes the whole difference on how a bike shifts. I have seen bikes with full Dura Ace and Red setups shifting poorly because the poor drivetrain / derailleurs installation.
All in all the new Dura Ace R9150 Di2 Gear Kit is a great piece of equipment, but you should consider your upgrades wisely. IMO it doesn't add enough value to justify an upgrade from older Ultegra or Dura Ace Di2 (I bought this kit to install on a new bike)

Kiwiwazza An awesome way to upgrade to Di2 9150 if you are running power cranks so don't need the Chainset and are not concerned about the move to 9150 brakes. It is worth buying the updated EW-WU101 Wireless ANT+ Unit as it has been updated to include Bluetooth. This allows for connection to the Shimano E-Tube app for updating and customizing the Di2 system from your phone.
