The Shimano electronic shifting is quick and accurate and I now have it installed on four of my bikes. Great to have have the upgrade kit options from Merlin and to be able to order without crankset. I had some warranty issues with my first Di2 groupset purchase which Merlin solved brilliantly so I did not hesitate to purchase another one for my new frameset build. Highly recommended.

R Paul Di2 shifting is a revelation. Great kit. I found it easy to set up and everything works perfectly out of the box. Gear shifts are quick, precise and the front derailleur auto trims to eliminate cage rub when shifting at the rear. 3 different shifting modes can be selected (manual, semi-synchro and full synchro) selectable via the junction box. A very worthwhile upgrade and you won’t look back

Ryan Ordered this partial groupset to updgrade my bike to di2 and the parts worked perfectly. One thing to note is that the battery that is shipped is actually the updated, most recent model (even though the listing shows the older model number). This updated battery allows semi-synchro and full synchro shifting modes, which the older battery does not. The shifting is perfect.

Jon getz This was an upgrade I've been dreaming about for ages and it didn't disappoint. everything I needed was in the box except a new roll of bar tape which I forgot to order even though the sales guy I spoke to on the phone before placing my web order reminded me to do so. to be honest it was quite nerve racking to disconnect my old groupset and render the bike unrideable but I went ahead and I needn't have worried. tracing the internal cables was fiddly and time consuming but in the end quite straight forward and when I made the final connection everything worked just as expected. thanks for a great upgrade.

Luke There's probably nothing I can say that has already been said, but I can't rate this groupset highly enough. My first time owning di2 and it's just sublime out on the road. I used the bar end junction box and wireless transmitter, so setup was a faff; wires everywhere and lots of YouTube, but once it's done it's done and you can be glad your not stuck with sram. The hoods feel so slender and perfect in the hand, way smaller than the mechanical version. And only a small weight difference to Dura ace, it's hard to justify the extra money.

Mr Arnason A perfect kit that includes almost everything you need to upgrade to electronic shifting. I replaced a year old Ultegra mechanical components with this groupset and the shifting and performance is so much better. The Di2 levers came ready bled with hydraulics so the brake installation was very easy. Routing the Di2 cables through the frame was also hassle free and the cables come with cable stoppers as well. The only extra thing that was needed for the upgrade were a battery holder for the seatpost and grommets . I also had to replace the bottom bracket which I ordered from Merlin as well. This was my first order from Merlin and shipping was very fast to Iceland, packaging was very good and all items as described. Perfect.

MJG I wanted to upgrade my existing Di2 setup without the expense of purchasing a full groupset. This kit was ideal and the Merlin price excellent as usual. Delivery was fast and fuss free. 10/10. The fitted components look and operate superbly as you would expect with Shimano. The shifters are smaller than previous items and include the secret function buttons on the tops!
