The Sidi Zero Gore road shoes have been designed specifically to help you cope with riding in adverse weather conditions. Featuring a technical Gore-Tex® membrane lining, these shoes will keep your feet warm, dry, and comfortable during your most unpleasant rides and are well-suited to long winter miles on the bike.
The Gore-Tex® lining in the Zero road shoe benefits from highly breathable properties as well as being waterproof and windproof so that while you’ll stay protected from the elements when the sun does come out and temperatures begin to rise you won’t overheat either with the Gore-Tex® lining allowing moisture out.
The Sidi Zero Gore road shoes feel super-secure thanks to the Sidi Techno-3 dials and wire closure system that fits along the entire length of the upper shoe for a truly customised fit. The Sidi Zero Gore features a redesigned Millenium 5 Sole for improvements in rigidity and durability. Constructed from a carbon-fibre/nylon matrix the Millenium 5 Sole delivers high-end performance with the rigid base providing maximum power transfer through to the pedals while a Microfibre Microtech upper further decreases weight.

Mr MiddletonBought to repface an ageing pair of Shimano RW80S. First ride to try them out yesterday. Completely waterproof in a downpour (and with a hosepipe afterwards). I was using a wooly booly sock, and was comfortable during the ride. I hope that this is due to the effuciency of the Gore-Tex, but I am worried they might not be as warm as my old boots through winter.
WiggyReally robust winter road shoes that should do the trick for winter rides. Excellent price point from Merlin again.
DavidExcellent fit and keep my feet warm on a cold morning ride (4c). Did not bother with overshoes just to test them. Value for money at the sale price.
Mr LonglandWinter riding game changer! First ride out on a windy 4c day with winter socks and no overshoes and my feet didn't get cold. I imagine if it got down to freezing I'd add overshoes as well. Last time I had this eureka moment was when I purchased a Castelli Perfetto jersey... I initially ordered a size up based on Sidi/Italian sizing but ended up going with my normal size as think they have been more generous with winter shoe sizing.
declanGood pair of shoes. Comfortable, easy to get on and off. Not as warm as I thought, came home with cold toes after 3 hour spin in 7 degrees with two pairs of socks. I will definitely need thermal socks. I haven`t tried them in the wet yet so cant comment. Very happy with them. Good price and quick delivery as well.
JamesFinally a Sidi winter shoe with dial closure. Great fit, and SIDI quality is something you just dont find on other brands. GoreTex is a huge win too for this price.
