Mr Morris This is great because it gives me the range of an 11spd set-up but with my perfectly functioning old-school 10spd shifter and derailleur. The downside is it is noticeably lower quality than a shimano and gear shifts are not as smooth as with my old XT cassette.
All in all I'd still recommend it though.
