David KI've been running Time ATAC pedals for about a decade now on every bike I have. With the purchase of a new bike I thought I would try these XC12 versions. The bike? A titanium all-road/gravel bike (Seven Axiom SLX) and with a bike so light and strong, it made sense to go for pedals to match. These pedals are noticeably lighter than the XC8 that were the best version of the ATAC I had before. Otherwise they are no different. Just the titanium axle. They feel solid, I've used them a little off-road already and they feel super solid for the little fun stuff I do on this bike. On road they disappear, solid, invisible, effortless to clip in perfectly every time, just enough float to have a firm hold. It's worth noting that this bike replaces one written off in a hit and run, and on that bike my ATACs only ever let go of my shoes on one occasion... that incident. I literally trust my life in good pedals, we forget too soon why clipless are so valuable, these are top dime and I can have the performance/lightness with the safety. Well worth it.
WallgrenNice and light pedals! Clean, crisp engagement with solid feel through the entire pedal stroke. Light as a feather yet strong as steel.
Mr valdiviezGreat product I use the XC8 on my other bike. This model is lite and is easy to snap in or out.
Mr READYExcellent pedals. Much improved over older ATAC pedals and 80 grams less than XTR's
Mr LumGreat pedals. Very light as claimed. Seem just as durable with just as much float as the xc8. My favorite pedals by far.
Mr MaynardThe best there is. Light and durable.
