Matt Fletcher Great strong flavour and easy to use packet without the sharp edges SIS have. Only minor downside is it needs washing down with a little water as it’s quite thick compared to the more fluid SIS. Tastes better though - cherry bakewell is amazing!
Richard My first time trying gels. I’m not sure if they are all this sweet but they work for their intended purpose. They can get messy if you tuck them back in your jersey pocket when you finish them so make sure you get everything out. I’ll probably try a different brand next or flavour next time.
David Have used Torq gels for a number of years now. They contain the correct mix of maltodextrin and fructose, my system tolerates them well and they taste far better than other gels that I have tried. They also provide more carbs than some bulkier gels and also contain electrolytes. Highly recommend these especially the raspberry ripple.
