Vittoria Corsa Control G2.0 Tubular Road Tyre - 700c
The Corsa Control tackles greasy cobbles and rough roads with all the confidence of the classic Corsa. Sharing the same 320 TPI Corespun-K reinforced casing, and technical 4C Graphene compound technology, the Corsa Control adds a textured shoulder tread to the mix. This chevron tread pattern adds dynamic performance to the Corsa Control tread, allowing for increased grip on slippery surfaces, as well as added durability.

Features
  • Thicker tread for the best puncture protection in colder conditions
  • Four compounds in the tread (4C) for increased wear life, better rolling and better grip on the sides
  • 320 TPI Corespun-K reinforced casing

Specification
  • Compounds: Graphene 2.0, 4C Compound
  • Discipline: Competition, Race
  • Casing: Corespun 320 TPI
  • Tubular
  • Bead Type: Folding

Nex Good tubular tyres with low rolling resistance. Performance in the wet is also decent despite the lack of any water channels.
Prof Buscop Excellent service and the delivery from UK to South Africa was within 5 days. Amazing. These Vittoria Corsa Control G2.0 Tubular Road Tires are brilliant! Jan Buscop (South Africa)
Scott S Great tire; I have been riding Vittoria tubulars for years and will keep doing so! Great service from Merlin as well.
Sean These are great tyres. Very grippy and easy to mount. Getting 5000 plus on a rear and more on the front
Havard These tires are really nice, easy to mount and super smooth to ride.
Andy D Grippy feel and easy to fit, great retro look too.
Sebastian I have done couple hundreds of kms but tub is going very well. Im very happy with the grip in wet thanks to little cuts on the side of the tire. Very good product. Recommended!
Marcelo Blumenfeld Very good tubular. Fast and reliable
Willie Hung These types are supple for sure - mounted on 2 different wheelsets (American Classic 85 and Fulcrum XLR Speed) with ease - no pre-stretching required and I used tubu;ar tape - 5 min job. I bought 4 of these as Merlin has this at a great steal (deal!). I noticed these tyres are grippy in dry (not done the wet as I had no rain here so far) and they seem / feel faster than my prior "Vittoria Pave Evo CG" which I had (no stock at Merlin currently). I was worried about debris getting jammed into the Chevron track but seems not an issue after going through some wet gravel etc. The only issue I had is my Effetto Caffelatex Sealent (30ml) which I placed into the tyre for extra protection leaks out of the sidewalls ever so slowly - but after a topup that is now stopped. So very light and porous sidewalls which I assume contributes to the really good 'supple feeling' of this tyre. As other reviewers mentioned - the rubber is a bit soft so I had a nice nick already on the chevron track - but I feel that is because of the extra rubber. It's external. The protection belt should protect unless it's a majorly sharp object. Excellent tyre and I would recommend a try if you are considering.
Sean Very nice tubular tyre which has kept the feeling of the old Vittoria's but longevity has defiantly improved. Getting up 5,000 km for a rear and easy 7000 or 8000 for a front. Really puncture and running 3-40 mm on Stans in each Tub generally saves you if you do.
Mr Hallin Very supple and great ride quality. Nice price, bought it on sale. The 25 mm is perfect for fast and comfortable rides. Only question is if these have removable valve stems like other Vittorias, the text on the site doesnt specify.
Mr Ong Been using corsa and last 5,000km. This should last more since it has slightly thicker rubber.
Dan normally I go for 28mm tyres but thought i'd try these on my 23.5mm width rims - they fitted very easily using tubular rim tape and look great. they've measured exactly at 25mm and so far I've been very pleased with the ride and feel of the tyres. Great price too. only concern is after first ride out there were two cuts in the tyre from stones which I was surprised at as these are advertised as being durable/high puncture resistance - hope they last.
Dr McHenry I've used Vittoria Corsa clincher and tubular both for some years now. I really like the feel of this new Corsa Control tyre. It looks and rides great
