Alan Easy to fit , looks as good as any mudguard. Some thoughfull touches like rubber straps to prvent fork scuffs. Good product well priced
Darren rides bike Fantastic value for money compared with the RRP Proguard and a good tidy fit on Rockshox 35mm forks with 2.6x29 tyres. Zip ties and rubber fork protectors all included, this will probably stay on year round

JTM Excellent product, east to fit I especially like the rubberised sleeves you get with the kit that protect your fork stanchions and fork crown from potential rub marks from the zip ties and of course the most important thing is the mudguard does exactly what it is supposed to do, keep the mud off your frame and face.

Adam Although it didn't fit the bike I purchased it for due to inadequate space under the brake, I replaced an existing guard on another bike with it. The reflector is considerably longer than the one it replaces so should offer greater protection. It was very fit, attached solidly and for a mudguard looks quite good on the bike.l haven't tested it yet but it should work better than the one it replaces.
john Good and sturdy mudguard with different coloured stripes to match the bike. Only issue i have is it would be a bit of a faff if I want to remove and refit as it it is zip tied on

Bob Dingwell Very satisfied with the product, and while it IS "easy" to physically install, as an inexperienced rider, it would have been nice if the product came with more detailed installation instructions. Simple example, there are multiple cutouts for the zip ties that attach to your forks. Which set of holes should you use, i.e. where to best position the front fender? You're on your own with that...

adam Nice and sturdy, managed to squeeze it over a 3.25x29 tire. The holes didn't line up with my rigid forks but look like they would be spot on for suspension.
Mr Holland Easy to fit, and leaves plenty of clearance (with 2.6 tyres). Excellent at keeping the Scottish mud and slop away from your face. Only had it on for 2 rides, but seems pretty robust so far. I've tried other front mudguards, and this is definitely the best, especially at the price.

Mr Black Excellent product. I also have a more expensive Mud Hugger but I think this is better. It is rigid with good coverage and the recess for the fork brace means greater mud clearance. Ignore the FM20 for 26" wheels & just get this one. I've found it to work really well - Excellent value

Kate Great mudguard for my Trek mountain bike. The FM30 is a bit longer than the FM20 which is what I wanted and Merlin was the only place I could find online to buy it. Pretty easy to fit with cable ties and comes with three different coloured sticker sets if you want to customise which is a nice idea and different from other mudguards. Merlin sent it out quickly and good email communication with the delivery. Very pleased

LUDWIG Protects well in muddy conditions. Also look extremely clean and discrete. Extremely easy to mount with the zip ties so it is 100% tool free.
Miss Cho These are nice bigger front fenders. The stickers are much more modern in design than the FM20. However, I wish it came with Velcro like the FM20. Velcro is very handy as sometimes I need to remove the fenders on some car racks.
