Unlike some internet and mail order companies we do have a retail shop. So if you live close by or are going up to the Lake District please call in and see us. We are just 5 minutes of junction 28 M6 and Junction 8 M61 (Google Map) In store you can look at all the products that we have on-line, touch them, compare them and even try them even on one of our demo bikes. Our shop is attached to our main warehouse so you can call up on our huge range of stock together with friendly and professional advice that our customers have come to rely on for many years.
Whilst we do mail order a large percentage of our mountain bikes and road bikes a lot of customers do prefer to come and see us. So if you have a day off work please call in to see us, this way you can ride any of our demo bikes and get a feel for the ride of the bike together with finding out your ideal size. We can the talk you through the various models and the options available to you for each one and find the model that best meets your requirements. Build time on our bikes can vary depending on the time of year, but if you can't call back in to pick it up we can arrange delivery to your door.
Over the 13 years that we have been building mountain bike wheels we have built up an excellent reputation for the quality of our wheels. The downside to this is that we are constantly busy building them for customer orders, so whilst we do keep a range in our shop it is best to order them about 5-8 days before you want to collect them, so that we can have them ready for you. Please call the mail order on 01772 432431 and we will keep them in the shop for your collection. If you ever need any in a hurry please call and we may have your exact wheels ready build or a close alternative.
We make every effort to keep the listed items in stock, and unlike some of our competitors we have not listed every product form every manufacturers and distributors brochures. There is simply no way any retailer can carry such a range of stock. What we try to do is stock what we list, but with a lot of the cycling components being imported shortfalls do occur both at our level and the wholesalers. So if you require a specific part please call and we can put it to one side for your collection.
We can offer a full workshop facilities for any model of bike and can fit any of the products listed on our website.
We are a friendly bunch and would love to see you in person, please call in any time for help and advice or just a friendly chat on the local rides in our area.
