Selle Italia has been making bicycle saddles at their base near Milan since 1897. During that time they have made saddles for practically every kind of bike making them the world’s number one source for cycle saddle technology.

They have been responsible for some of the cycling world’s most iconic saddles through the ages. The Turbo in the 1980’s, the revolutionary Flite in the 1990’s which led the way for the modern day lightweight saddles and is still going strong, and the SLR in 2000 were all major developments in saddle design and were seen holding up many of the world’s top professional riders in their day.
