Kool Stop

Kool stop have manufactured brake pads since 1977 in Oregon, USA. Originally involved in industrial applications, owner Richard Everett moved into supplying brake compounds for the bicycle industry. Kool stop were credited with producing the first bicycle brake pad that had an internal frame and air cooled heat sink.
