Five years on, the latest 38 raises the bar once again - delivering next-level control, sensitivity, and confidence for Enduro and aggressive All-Mountain riding. Drawing directly from the design philosophy behind the FOX Podium fork, this new generation brings a refined ride feel that’s smoother, faster, and more composed in the toughest terrain.
The MY27 38 has been reengineered with a precise balance of stiffness: 8.8% stiffer fore-aft for improved tracking and control, while 6.8% less torsionally stiff to enhance compliance and grip. The result is a fork that stays planted when charging hard, yet adapts to the trail for a less fatiguing ride.
A key upgrade comes in the expanded bushing overlap, increased from 120mm to 140mm. This improvement, combined with newly generative-designed lower legs, reduces friction and boosts small-bump sensitivity - keeping the ride smooth even at high speeds and under heavy impacts.
