Mr RobinsonI also purchased a 3T road bike through Merlin Cycles, it was 5000 pounds. The sram hydraulic brake lever failed while riding down a hill at high speed after only one month , Merlin simply told me to send it back or they will not send me another. 1. This was a dangerous situation. 2. I live in New Zealand. 3. I had to pay a bike shop to take it off and pay for shipping to send it back. 4. Now I don’t know how long I can’t ride my bike for. Simply I am not happy.
