LeMond

Lemond Fitness is an American company making stationary cycle trainers founded by multiple Tour de France winner Greg Lemond in 2002. The American rider was one of the great innovators in cycling technology and training methods and has continued this trait with his stationary bicycle trainers.

The main difference with Lemond trainers is that the back wheel is removed from the bike and the trainer supports the bike and does the job of the rear wheel. With the cassette attached to the trainer you have your usual range of gears and save on tyre wear. The resistance can be controlled remotely and there is also the option of recording multiple measurements or downloading specific training plans to the head unit for more efficient training sessions.
