A true "leg weapon" for riders who want to train properly in winter, the Hybrid is an ultralight pair of tights with an exceptionally wide temperature range. Constructed with proprietary smart fabrics and a truly minimalist pattern (no frontal facing seams!) refined over ten years, the Hybrid Bib tights are characteristised by the same ergogenic and supportive feel as Q36.5's famous Dottore Pro bib shorts and will keep you feeling warm, dry and explosive no matter the intensity of your ride or weather conditions.
Long LX1 X Cycling Salopette
The Long L1 Tight is an Essential and iconic product in the Q36.5 Equipment line. This tight is the proper “weapon” of choice for high intensity training in mid-season and early winter. The tight is part of our Wind Control category and made entirely of our proprietary technology UF-Hybrid Shell PLUS. This is a super high-density woven proprietary fabric now augmented with an extra warming effect thanks to a smart fiber on the inside face called the Heat Fiber, which is produced from the residue from coffee bean processing.
The fiber attracts far-infrared rays from the environment and uses them to heat the body. Our measurements show an increase of 1 degree Celsius in comparison to Q36.5's previous Long Salopette. The cut and construction of this new version is more spartan. The cut is the result of the evolution of our ergogenic pattern design, using a minimum of seams that are each strategically placed. And, adieu to the central seams in the crotch area, thanks to the anti-stress panel.
A laser cut finish has also enabled us to get rid of many useless seams. The clever alignment of panels is designed to move with the direction of the pedal stroke, exploiting the vectorial elasticity of the fabric. This is a strategic design feature which can be felt by sensitive riders during the pedalling action. Tested at over 110rpm, the Long Salopette L1 is designed to allow maximum free movement while ensuring warmth despite its’ light weight.
