Mr SclarandisI haven't opened the boxes yet but have used these tires on 2 e mountain bikes and really like them. Long wearing, quiet and acceptable on trails too.

BenjiAncillottiVery limited tread, got it for decreased rolling resistance over a Nobby Nic (also 2.8) Running in the rear to help with a bit of float. However, very limited traction soon as it gets wet, and flimsy sidewall. with a bit more pressure in the Nobby Nic when needed for the dry/less techy ride, I've kept a decent tyre and removed the need for this Johnny Watts. Dry gravel or tarmac only tyre in my opinion. However, for £18.50 for Merlin, I can't complain too much!
