Spanish company Catlike started producing bike helmets in the mid 1990’s and have grown from a small local company to a worldwide supplier in a short period of time. Although well known in their native Spain for many years, it was only recently that their products became widely available elsewhere to widespread approval by users.

Catlike produce some of the lightest and most adjustable helmets available; with a micro dial adjustment controlling fit inside the helmet, there’s also vertical adjustment available to fully customize fit. Different thickness pads can be used and the retention pads at the back of the helmet provide a reassuring and comfortable fit for nearly every head shape.

The road range covers most budgets and the Leaf mountain bike helmet bears all the standard features of the road helmets above but with a deeper drop at the back for more protection and an adjustable peak to keep the crud out.

Catlike have a long tradition of sponsoring Spanish cycling teams but their biggest breakthrough, and greatest win to date, was when Spanish rider Carlos Sastre won the 2008 Tour de France wearing a Catlike helmet giving them worldwide fame. Top flight Spanish professional cycling team Movistar are currently using Catlike helmets with recent Tour de France runner up Nairo Quintana using various Catlike road and time trial helmets throughout the race.
